Ideal for siblings, teammates, or friends training together. Sessions run 60–75 minutes depending on group size and training goals.

Train alongside Bianca Knight, OLY, Olympic gold medalist and world record holder, in specialized group team sessions designed for sprinters and relay teams. These sessions focus on sprint mechanics, speed development, baton exchanges, and team coordination—giving athletes the tools and techniques used at the highest level of the sport. Perfect for schools, clubs, and competitive teams aiming to elevate performance and race strategy.

Slot A: 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Slot B: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Slot C: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM

Slot D: 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
